These Terms are provided for consumer clarity in line with Закон України "Про захист прав споживачів" від 10.06.2023 № 3153-IX and electronic distance ordering requirements under Закон України "Про електронну комерцію" від 03.09.2015 № 675-VIII.

2. Scope of service and availability

The Rental includes the provision of a tourist scooter/e-bike for the selected rental period and practical instructions for safe use. Availability depends on current fleet status and may change.

If a selected vehicle is unavailable, we may offer a comparable alternative subject to confirmation by the order mechanism.

3. Booking, electronic ordering, and acceptance

Orders are placed online. By clicking the booking/submit button, you submit an electronic order request through our site. Acceptance occurs when we confirm the order according to the stated process on the site (including any payment indicator where applicable).

You must provide accurate contact details so the rental can be arranged. This ordering approach is designed to meet requirements applicable to distance/electronic contracts under Закон України "Про захист прав споживачів" від 10.06.2023 № 3153-IX and Закон України "Про електронну комерцію" від 03.09.2015 № 675-VIII.

4. Price, deposits, and fees

• Price: The rental price for the selected model and period is shown during booking.
• Deposit: A refundable deposit may be required for certain rentals; the amount (if applicable) is stated during booking.
• Taxes and charges: Any required charges shown at checkout are payable as indicated.

We do not mislead users: the offer, pricing, and terms displayed on this landing page match our promotion in line with Закон України "Про рекламу" від 03.07.1996 № 270/96-ВР.

5. Payment indicator and payment processing

Where the site shows a payment indicator, it represents that payment is required at checkout or will be processed according to the specified method. Actual processing depends on the selected option displayed during booking.

6. Cancellation and refunds

Cancellation rules depend on the rental start time and the booking stage (request vs. confirmed order). The applicable conditions are stated during booking and/or confirmation. Refunds (if any) are made for unused confirmed rentals subject to any stated non-refundable fees and verified costs.

If the law provides additional consumer rights that apply regardless of these Terms, those rights remain in force.

7. Age, ID, and eligibility

You must meet the age requirement displayed during booking and present an ID document at pickup. The exact ID type required will be specified during confirmation. For minors, rentals may be unavailable unless otherwise permitted by the applicable requirements stated on the site.

8. Helmet and safety requirements

A helmet is strongly recommended and may be required depending on the vehicle type and local conditions. If helmet provision is offered, it will be clearly indicated during booking.

You agree to follow applicable traffic rules, use the scooter/e-bike only as intended, and comply with instructions provided at pickup and during use.

9. Liability, damage, theft, and incident handling

• Care: You are responsible for proper use and for keeping the rented vehicle in safe condition during the rental period.
• Damage: If the vehicle is damaged due to misuse or failure to follow instructions, you may be charged for repair or replacement costs to the extent permitted by law.
• Theft/loss: If the vehicle is stolen or lost, you must promptly notify us and provide incident details. Charges may apply depending on the circumstances and evidence, as permitted by law.
• Accidents: If an accident occurs, contact local emergency services as needed, and then notify us promptly using the contact details below.

Nothing in these Terms limits statutory consumer rights that cannot be excluded under Ukrainian law.

10. Personal data and cookies (if used)

If our website uses cookies or similar technologies that collect personal data (including through identifiers), we process such data under a lawful basis, typically consent, and provide transparency in line with Закон України "Про захист персональних даних" від 01.06.2010 № 2297-VI.
